Security

How we protect your financial data.

A financial package deserves more than “bank-grade security”. Here is exactly who can see yours, where every byte goes, and how deletion works.

Illustration: a heavy steel safe with a dial and handle wheel, with packets dropping in through a slot on top and none leaving.
  • Named-user sign-inCloudflare Access, checked again on every request
  • Isolated by accountEach deal belongs to the user who created it
  • Financial data stays on CloudflareFiles, figures and document text go nowhere else
  • Independent auditNo SOC 2 or ISO 27001 yet

Protected by default

Don’t take our word for it.
Here’s what it looks like.

Each protection below is built into the workspace, and automated tests check it on every change. The scenes are illustrative; the behaviour is real.

Isolated by account

The workspace checks your verified sign-in on every request. Someone else asking for your deal gets the same answer as for a deal that doesn’t exist.

ana@lender.exampleGET /api/deals/7f3a200 OK
ben@another.exampleGET /api/deals/7f3a404 Not found

Illustrative requests. Same deal, two accounts.

Never used for training

We don’t train models on your files. Cloudflare’s terms say it won’t either, and every model call asks it not to store the request.

// sent with every model call
{ store: false }

Delete means delete

Deals never expire by age. When you delete one, every piece of it goes, and a daily job finishes any deletion that was interrupted.

DELETE /api/deals/7f3a
  1. Original files
  2. Extracted figures
  3. Searchable source text
  4. Questions and answers
  5. Analyst notes and reviews
  6. Progress record

Removed in order. Safe to retry. Cloudflare’s own recovery backups expire on its schedule (up to 30 days).

Encrypted and locked down

HTTPS only, storage encrypted at rest, and a workspace that runs nothing but our own code.

Screening without sharing

Sanctions screening of the company, its people and its entities runs inside our service against a bundled copy of the public lists. The names never leave.
